A graphical approach for controller design with desired stability margins for a DC–DC boost converter

چکیده
A novel graphical tuning method of PID controller for output voltage regulation a DC–DC boost converter is proposed. The advantage the presented that desired robustness level in terms gain and phase margins can be pre-specified. technique to limit noise control signal pre-specified value by selecting derivative ( k d ), also discussed. Simplicity an added advantage. Concept root crossing boundaries along with margin tester applied compute constant parameters plane. overlapping area within all stability region (DGPMR). Controller are obtained computing centroid triangular convex DGPMR. Effectiveness proposed strategy illustrated simulation hardware experimental results. Furthermore, yields improved closed-loop performance compared recently reported nominal as well perturbed scenarios.
